Whole Body Cryotherapy

A session in our whole-body cryo-arctic chamber is a nitrogen-cooling process that lasts 3 minutes or less. During this time, cryogenic air floods the chamber, causing the air temperature to drop between -166 & -220 degrees Fahrenheit. This process lowers the skin’s temperature to 30-40 degrees, accelerating muscle recovery, reducing inflammation, reducing cortisol & chronic pain naturally, and also producing a rush of endorphins to make you feel incredible!
